She will talk with independent traditional publishers, hybrid publishers, and author-publishers about the key questions publishers should ask themselves about their books, portfolio, brand, and go-to-market strategy to self-evaluate their publishing programs and effectively seize their best opportunities. She’ll join other industry experts to discuss The Many Facets of Educational Publishing on Friday, April 5, 3:15–4:15 PM CT, and Selling Outside the Box: Why Special Sales Should Always Be In Your Plans, Saturday, April 6, 1:15–2:15 PM CT.
